Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm (closed on Sat & Sun)
Eligibility: Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP): Income for household must be at or below 125% of the poverty guidelines (all HEAP recipients automatically qualify);
Warm Choice Program is the same as HWAP, but must use Columbia Gas as a primary heat source;
Housing Trust: Home Repair program designed for emergency type repairs. Must be a homeowner. Household income must be at or below 35% of MSA Median Guidelines.
Intake
Procedure:
No referral needed. Walk-ins may apply, or an application can be mailed to households.
