Eligibility: Eviction 3 day notice, mortgage facing foreclosure, homeless shelter provider.
Proof of income for 13 weeks or 3 months for all family members, statement from landlord or morgage company, Social Security cards for all household members, proof of address, utility bill, bank statement, assistance is limited to one month.

5:30pm-7:30am;
Individual case management by appointment.
Eligibility: Emergency shelter for adult homeless individuals 18 years of age and older. Unable to serve sexual offenders.
Intake
Procedure:
First come, first served at 5:30pm. No appointment necessary. Client may call 740-653-2265 during business hours to check on bed availability that evening.
Additional
Information:
Overnight shelter, hot meals and shower are provided. Case management services are provided to help clients end their housing crisis.
